Sheila Sarver is Inteva’s Chief Technical Officer, with a focus on ensuring technical excellence in our products and processes. This includes providing global engineering support and services, standard part designs, managing and training the organization on global engineering procedures, and enabling global knowledge sharing and re-use.

Sarver has held a variety of engineering and program management roles at global manufacturing companies such as Otis Elevator Company, Yanfeng Global Automotive Interior Systems Company, and Johnson Controls. During her career, Sarver has led significant technology transformations globally, enabled digitalization, executed strategic quality initiatives, and established engineering program management operating systems, among many other career highlights. She has been widely recognized for building high performance cultures and technical teams.

Sarver holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Flint and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University. She is also a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and AIAG certified Lead Auditor.

Sarver resides in Michigan with her husband Bill. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling around the world, and practicing yoga. She is an avid reader and active volunteer with various community organizations.
