Jan Griffiths named to Automotive News’ list of 100 leading women
TROY, Mich., November 9, 2015 – Inteva Products, LLC, a leading global automotive supplier of engineered components and systems, is pleased to announce that Jan Griffiths, Vice President of Supply Chain, has been named to Automotive News’ list of 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry.
Every 5 years, Automotive News names 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry, recognizing female leaders who are making the greatest impact on the future of the industry at automakers, suppliers and dealerships.
Griffiths oversees Inteva’s global supply chain management function, including purchasing, supplier quality and logistics. She is recognized for her accomplishments in building excellent global strategic sourcing and supply chain organizations.
Griffiths joined Inteva in 2014. Accomplishments across her career have included leading boundary-breaking improvements in supply chain restructuring resulting in significant improvements in cash flow; launching a Global Sourcing Council for a $2 billion manufacturer, creating a center-led shared commodity structure with oversight/accountability for more than 30 direct and raw material commodities, logistics and compliance activities; and establishing an Asian sourcing office in China in 90 days, on time and within budget.
