Inteva team members at the Mexico Technical Center in Juarez, Mexico committed to work to improve the community by collecting food, cleaning clothing and monetary donations for three local families.
The team knows there are many families in need, but selected these three families and one organization after hearing their touching stories on the local news. Their plight is extremely difficult and the team decided it was time to organize team members to help. Employees from the entire site including the laboratory, human resources, engineering, IT and EHS all spent one Saturday morning delivering some assistance and surprising the families with help they did not expect.
“It was a very touching experience for all the team that proudly represented the MTC and participated in this event,” said Tom Dzurko, Mexico Technical Center Site Manager. “They committed to continue with this great effort to assist those less fortunate in our Community and everyone demonstrated the same goal to make the Inteva name recognized as a local leader in Community Service as well as providing world-class products for our customers.”
This deep commitment to help others has made a measureable impact to the local community and show that we are focused to do things the right way.
