Team members in Puebla, Mexico volunteered on May 25, 2014 for the 6th annual Limpiemos Neustro Mexico (Clean Up Our Mexico), a national campaign focused on environmental awareness. For more than 4 hours, 18 Inteva employees along with 12 of their family members and 28 other people from the community cleaned up 2,000 square meters of green area resulting in 760 kilograms of garbage.
As a company responsible for its environment and in relationship with Inteva’s environmental principles and policies, the Puebla team decided to join this movement to help contribute and improve the environmental culture in the area. This collective movement of environmental awareness was comprised of more than 8.5 million volunteers who collected 42,000 tons of garbage, organized into 170 thousand brigades throughout Mexico, El Peru, Guatemala, China and other countries.
