Employees at Inteva Matamoros Operations donate school supplies to local orphanage
Employees from IMO 1 & 3 have combined efforts to donate school supplies to children from Casa Hogar Faro de Amor, a local orphanage.
Brand new school supplies were collected for 17 children aged between 4 and 18 years old who live in the Matamoros children’s facility. Employees donated backpacks, pencil cases and writing utensils—among other items.

Inteva Vandalia donates 35 units of blood to American Red Cross
Employees at the Vandalia Technical Center (VTC) recently collected 35 units of blood for the American Red Cross. Every unit of blood collected can help three people and 105 lives will be impacted with the supply donated by the VTC team.
According to a 2019 survey conducted on behalf of the American Red Cross, clothes (69%), money (63%) and food (53%) are the primary ways that the public has donated to help others in the past year.

Inteva Adrian joins together in support of the Salvation Army
Every year Adrian’s Joint Charity Committee conducts an April holiday fundraiser in support of the Salvation Army.
During this year’s event, holiday baskets were collected for local, under-privileged children in Lenawee County where the Adrian site is located. All employees were encouraged to participate. The end result was amazing – not only were 125 baskets donated, $110 was also raised to purchase candy for the children. -

Gadsden Brings Holiday Cheer to Elementary School Students
The Gadsden’s Holiday Social Action Committee recently went above and beyond to serve the needs of children in one of the lowest-income-area schools in the Gadsden, Alabama area. This year, team members were so passionate that they set a goal of sponsoring an entire elementary school, making the holiday brighter by providing gifts for all 360 students at the school.Through this amazing show of compassion, the Gadsden team demonstrated to the children that people outside of their family also care about their lives and futures. Not only did every child receive a gift, they were encouraged to continue their education to help them succeed and accomplish anything they want in life. -

Salonta Team Brightens Holidays for Nursing Home Residents
In celebration of the local year-end holidays, employees at Inteva Salonta purchased, wrapped and delivered personalized gifts for 67 elderly residents in two nursing homes - Smiles and Salem – located in Salonta. Each gift was custom selected based on a wish list provided by the residents.

Guanajuato Team Adopts Local Elementary School
Employees from Inteva Guanajuato Operations (IGO) recently adopted an elementary school in their local El Paraiso community. The Leona Vicario school has benefitted from the hard-working employees’ work to improve the learning conditions at the school through construction, landscaping and lighting improvements.
The team is also contributing books and toys to the school, and hosted the students for a visit to IGO, introducing them to the exciting world of automotive manufacturing.
